Location perfect, just in the middle of everything, so even dont need to use public transport often. Bus stop to/from airport just in 5min Very clean room, towels are changed every day Fridge, teapot, water, tea and coffee in the room, like all u need for stay. Staff at the reception always polite and kind.

The room was very well designed, no issue leaving 2 medium luggage opened throughout. The sound proofing was excellent, did not hear my neighbours at all. Location was best, could eat and shop till late. Olive and young and CU were just opposite. Hotel staff was very very kind and gave my kids rice cracker everyday, and I had free masks and skincare. Breakfast repeated but it had everything we wanted - instant noodles, cereal, eggs, toasts, salad, yogurt, milk/juice/coffee/tea. Washer and dryer were very handy, we had no issues using (if it happened to be occupied, consider walking to CU just opposite)

The hotel is right smack in the middle of the bustling Myeondong area, and is within walking distance from shopping and F&B outlets. Really convenient especially for shoppers. There are subway stations nearby too. It is good that even though it is in a busy shared pedestrian mall/road, taxis can still drive right up to the hotel entrance. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast spread was simple but sufficient. Nice to have a laundromat service.

The staff was very accommodating as we needed a last minute place to stay, location is centralized right in the heart of Myeongdong itself. Room was neat & clean, spacious enough for two person and comfortable for a restful night. This chain of hotel has various locations around the country & within Myeongdong itself, there were quite a few of them so if you're looking to stay right in the heart of Myeongdong for your shopping spree - this is it!

location is superb, right in the middle of Myeongdong shopping area. Access was easy, nearest subway is just few minutes walk. room was clean, we stayed for 9 days total and had our room cleaned every 2 days. coin laundry and water dispenser are available. breakfast was available from 7-9 strict, sadly we weren't able to enjoy it during our whole stay since the kids woke up later.

The location is great. It is in the heart of Seoul while there are lots of shops and pubs around the hotel. The 2nd staff (working on the afternoon of Aug 10th 2023) is great. He tried his best to fix the air conditioner. And when cannot fix it, he proposed a new room for me quickly.

Location was excellent! Very close to all amentities and shops which are virutally right at the hotel's door step. Transportation was very convenient. It is close to subways and bus stations. Airport limousine bus is just round the corner. The Front Lobby Staff are always accessible, helpful & courteous. All guests can help themselves to a daily complimentary breakfast with a good healthy selection. Likewise the kitchen staff & cleaners are hardworking & polite.

The hotel is located in the heart of the Myeongdong area and so close to plenty of food, shopping, and transit stations for easy access to transportation. The rooms are a little bit on the smaller side but for one or two travelers, it's perfect (because hopefully you're planning to spend more time outside of the hotel room than inside, right?). I didn't even realize there was a complimentary breakfast in the mornings and it was quite a nice surprise. The staff is attendant and friendly.

Located right in Myeongdong street, the location of this hotel is amazing! Conveniently close to lots of restaurants, shops, as well as the subway. The room is big enough for three and clean. Also, we were able to check-in earlier as the room was available. We also appreciate the shared extra facilities available on our floor; washing machine, drier, and microwave.
